Welcome To
Tailor Your Behavior
Our minds can create prisons or palaces, abundance or scarcity. If you're feeling overwhelmed by life's circumstances or need parenting advice, you're in the right place! Let me help navigate through the turbulence. Accept an invitation to a stronger, more effective view of "self" and how others perceive you. Together, we build the skills to greatness.
Therapy is about understanding the whole life, not just one part of it. That is why you must read, look at the skies, sing, dance, write poems, and suffer, throughout the lifespan. As a clinical psychologist, I understand the breath and depth of emotion and how unhealthy thinking interferes with healthy behavior.
Every person can be taught to tap in to their greatness. Many individuals fall victim to thinking traps embedded in their upbringing, or unhealthy coping mechanisms learned from involvement with dysregulated relationships. Deep negative emotions naturally handicap pro social behavior and healthy decision making. What's more, it can be an obstacle for constructing healthy relationships in vocational settings, with friends, and even a spouse. As founder of the "Tailor Your Behavior" approach, we collaboratively address these thoughts, guiding individuals and families in sharing healthier, more corrective experiences. Although we can't delete the past, it's our responsibility to produce better memories for the present.
"If Your Past Is Unresolved, It's Not Past - It's Present."

How The Tailor You Behavior (TYB) Model Works?
- Family members are invited to access an environment that builds better results, shifting away from excessive demands and control.
- Parents are guided to develop a fresh lens (mindfully) in bringing out desired/pro social behavior.
- Caregivers learn effective complimenting, manage behavior plans, token economy, and utilize the power of touch (high five, etc.).
- Diving to the core of undesired behavior by helping parents view themselves as role models in the home environment.
Understanding parenting styles and the way children perceive parental interaction, suggest children will mimic caregiver behaviors. The TYB program assists children teenagers, and parents build frustration tolerance, bridging towards reframing the home environment to absorb powerful values.
Stare away from the right and wrong of black and white thinking. Be empowered to cruise through sibling rivalry, backtalk, and negative behaviors by fabricating furnished positivity between parent child interactions.
